Project Overview: The main challenge involved conducting extensive research on how overcharging in container shipments leads to delays and effectively presenting Windward.ai's insights within the Power BI system to potential customers.
Results: The findings generated substantial interest and collaboration, particularly from internal clients, enhancing customer retention and renewal rates. I spearheaded and designed the presentation of our system at a Gartner conference, attracting 700 marketing-qualified leads from 2,000 attendees. These insights were then passed on to product teams for implementation in our AI system.
