The problem
When confronted with the task of selling our outdated AI container tracking system, I recognized the need for a comprehensive transformation. The existing platform lacked modern design elements and fell short of meeting the evolving demands of the industry. making It hard for new customers to understand the benefits and special opportunities our system can bring. It was essential to address these limitations and deliver an easy-to-read solution that not only refreshed the system's aesthetics but also incorporated advanced features and a more intuitive user interface (UI).

My Role
As the driving force behind this project, my role was the design and project management, I provided strategic guidance and utilized my extensive knowledge to ensure that every aspect of the solution aligned with the unique requirements of the supply chain industry. From concept ideation to implementation, I meticulously orchestrated the efforts of the design team, fostering collaboration and drawing out the best from each team member. Furthermore, I actively engaged with stakeholders and clients, gathering valuable insights and feedback to further enhance the platform's usability and effectiveness.
